As it pertains to the integration with eMoney, I contacted the help desk to determine if Business or Trust accounts integrate from Redtail to eMoney. To my surprise, I would told that Redtail does not allow integration to eMoney for these types of accounts and that it was only individual/personal clients that integrate at this time.
We hope Redtail will enhance their system so that all account types can be integrated.
