Ability to add office roles such as Client Service Manager, Client Service Associate to mail merge would save much time and allow for changing staff members.

Very important feature that has caused me to do due diligence on other CRM providers. Very frustrating that all tasks MUST be on the calendar. Many times we need to list tasks that don't have a specific deadline. Some may go away, some pushed out or some moved up and we need them off the calendar.
