If it could bring in picture alone, I think that would be good. Bringing in any other data from Facebook, Linkedin, etc., is probably not a good idea. Birthdays are very important information, especially if your CRM is your hub for Docupace, etc. There is a significant percentage of people who only use fake birthdays and junk email accounts with their facebook profiles. LinkedIn still may be better...but they don't even have my real birth date.
This should be a feature by now, how is this request 2 years old?!
