   I enjoy and use copytalk to dictate post appt notes and tasks. When the message is posted onto the copytalk messages fo my dashboard, I then create an activity with all my dictated notes. However, I then have to manually go back and delete the copytalk message. I frequently forget if I've already assigned notes as tasks or not. Then I have to go to the client record to figure out what copytalk messages on the dashboard I have and haven't already dealt with? Please add a function where you assign the task from the dashbaord and then can also delete that note in 1 step. currently multiple steps and time waisted.
