    The formatting differences between the emailed version and what shows up in RT is a big problem that really needs to be addressed.

    I agree that having Redtail automatically post notes and I cannot decide where they need to go and be able to edit them would be bad. It is already a problem that when the notes post to RT with the Legacy process they do not have any of the emailed features our reps use like bold or underline directions and it also does not show when the typist says the message was garbled or they could not understand so that we know that some text is missing.
