    This would be a great productive advantage for all that use REDTAIL CRM, not to mention having duplicate files floating around on computers and with todays security concern's this would be a further step to keep REDTAIL CRM at the top!

  2. Have the ability to "view" a pdf file instead of downloading it.

    You can view PDF's without downloading by changing browser settings. I use several browsers but for simplification using Chrome, just change settings to "view PDF in Chrome", instead of the option to "download pdf". It saves a ton of cleanup of extra files on your pc. Hope this tip helps!!
