    This is such a compliance nightmare! Basic viewing of documents without download is a must in CRM and preferably in Imaging as well.

    This is indeed a major security concern and compliance nightmare. Having to always download a document, only to then have to locate the document, delete the document, and then make sure the trash bin is emptied is not efficient. It brings a lot of extra risk to the client. I can go throughout one work day having downloaded several unnecessary files, only to then have to go through the extra steps.

    This should definitely be added. Having to download multiple copies of the same linked doc to simply view and search for a specific item is a waste of time and resources. Please make this a priority.

    This would be a great productive advantage for all that use REDTAIL CRM, not to mention having duplicate files floating around on computers and with todays security concern's this would be a further step to keep REDTAIL CRM at the top!

    I agree 1000 percent. This was in our old CRM and definitely should be in this one. Our downloads folders get so full of unnecessary files when simply wanting to look back to check one or two things. For sure a HUGE security concern.

    I'm surprised this feature isn't available. For the security of the client data on the documents, Redtail users should be able to preview documents instead of having to download them on their devices. Doesn't seem to be very secure and compliant. When do you think Redtail would allow this extremely important feature?

    This would make a massive difference...attaching documents is essentially useless unless we can view them. Please please!

    For the love of god, please allow us to view documents saved in RT without having to download them.

    Including a sort field would also be helpful.

    Make it easier to view uploaded documents. Maybe offer a thumbnail preview, or a one click open to just see the doc, or even have a tab to be able to flip through all documents and to sort them for a contact, or in an opportunity.

    Create a way to view files uploaded into Redtail without having to download them first.
