    I second this request. I would love to see Screen Pop functionality with Intermedia's VOIP program. Intermedia has screen pop functionality built in for Salesforce, ServiceNow, SugarCRM, Zendesk & Zoho as well as the ability to implement custom soltutions - But their guidance about custom implementation does not appear to work with Redtail. Help us out!
