    I am reaching out to express frustration with the long-standing request for a feature allowing users to generate a report showing all tag groups. This functionality is critical, and it is concerning that, despite its status as one of the most highly upvoted requests in the community, there has been no update or response since 2020.

    As a previous user of Wealthbox and Salesforce, I know firsthand that this feature is standard in other CRM platforms, which makes its absence in Redtail even more noticeable. Tag groups are integral to our workflows, and not having a consolidated reporting option is a significant limitation that affects our operational efficiency.

    Could you please provide an update on whether this feature is being considered in your development pipeline? Your attention to this highly requested improvement would reinforce Redtail’s commitment to addressing the evolving needs of its users.
