    The referred by aspect given in the example would be tremendously beneficial.

    Also, as part of our New Business Development team, we would like customizable fields to track the location a new client resides in - City/County/State would benefit immensely to be able to target sales efforts.

    We don't use probability at all. It would be great to be able to delete that field all together for us.

    Unless I'm not finding it, bar graph and pie chart reports would be a fantastic add as well. Sure, we could run a report in RT and export it to excel, then create the graphs and charts. But if we're going to do that, we would just use excel to input the information as well.
