We build reports back to our financial institution for qualified referrals. It would be a nice-to-have customizable fields we can input when creating opportunities. i.e., if "referred by" was available within the opportunity. Source is already there. It would be nice to see who the opportunity was referred by, instead of hunting for it in the contact details. Further, it would be nice to be able to build our lists with custom data sets. In this example, I'd like to add the name of the referrer next to the source when I see my opportunity list. Having customizable fields and the ability to remove or add what we see in the opportunity list would be a massive benefit.
