Would be so helpful for many reasons -
for example: if I'd like to call the client but they're out of town - I will be able to see the note and WAIT until they return.
Sales and Service value add: Would be helpful if the client calls me, I pull up their Redtail file and I can see something I want to follow-up on, or to mention a family member of theirs (possible prospect), etc...
This is Not the same as Important Info.
The Post-its can be closed out as a "Note", much like when we complete an Activity - with an opportunity to add more data like a phone call when we close it out.
