Talk to Text
Add a 'talk to text' button when adding notes to a client account or calendar event. This will cut down on time after a client review/meeting as it allows you to speak the notes instead of typing them.

Changing activity category should make it searchable in notes
If you change the category of completed activities, they should be able to be searchable by that category in notes. I recently changed the activity type to "Client Review" so I could filter out these notes, but was told that the category does not change for completed activities on the notes section.

Notify users when comment added to a note
users can notify team members when adding a note to contact, but that option is not available when adding comments. Should be consistent.

Create Linked Activities, documents, linked accounts from the aggregate notes on today list or notes by contact
Currently on the aggregate notes page under each note, the actions link, you only have the option to print or delete. Why don't you have the options to link an activity, document, account or note, like you do when inside a contact record? You also can't do any actions the notes by contact report. It would be very helpful to be able to look over the days activities in aggregate and then link activities to them without having to go in and out of every contact in the list. Copy Notes to Spouse's Profile
Have a box we can check that will automatically copy the notes we are saving in the client's profile to their spouse's client notes as well.

Allow for much longer file names for attachments (i.e., PDF's, docx, etc) in CRM Notes. NONE of our files will link/attach as a result.

ability to edit notes
We would like to be able to edit notes once saved. We regularly have to leave for a meeting and save them when not complete so nothing happens to them. Since we cannot edit we must copy and paste and then delete. This is time consuming and frustrating.

Our office would like to have each user see only the notes for their clients on the dashboard
When a user logs in they can see notes for all users in the office. They don't want other users to see what they are interacting with their clients about. It is a bit of a privacy issue for the clients also.

spell check within notes
Would be great if a spell and grammer check program could be implemented within the notes. That way you would not have to copy and paste from another source.

FMG Suite email change
I'm having issues with my FMG. Every time FMG syncs, it goes into the "Notes" section of Redtail and is categorized as "General Information." I need to make sure these notes sync in as "Emails" instead of "General Information".
Also, I have MyRepChat for texts. I would like MyRepChat to be able to automatically sync under a seperate category as well so my Notes section does not get bogged down.
There should be a setting under "integrations" that would allow for specific integrations to automatically sync as certain "Categories" in the Notes section.

Add multiple users to a note
Could you please add a feature that will allow us to add multiple users to a client note notification. Right now we only have the option to select one other user or a pre-grouped team of users. It would be helpful if we had to option to pick and chose different users to receive a note notification based on which team members are working on a specific client project.

Create follow up from a note, when adding the note to another activity
Why can't we have the "create a follow up" from a note that was created under an activity? Many times we have an activity that has multiple steps in which have different notes and different follow up timelines. We know this was available until the recent update but are being told it never existed so we need to suggest as a new feature.

Notes that you have been notified of show up under notifcations
We get emailed if we are notified of a note but there is no way to see a list in the website of the notes that we have been tagged in. I believe that under notes in the today section there should be a place to see all the notes that we have been tagged in. I think it would also be beneficial if they showed up under the bell icon. After all that is where notifcations are supposed to be in the website.

Copy note to additional contact
When copying a note to an additional contact, the comments and any attached documents should also transfer with the note!!!!

Notifying Colleagues
I believe we are able to tag/notify other colleagues via the activity tab, but our team primarily communicates and documents via the notes tab. For example, my colleague and I were both working on a task together. If would be nice to tag her somehow to let her know about an update I've made or a note I have shared. Other than this, she would have to constantly check for new notes.

"Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "cancel" after adding a note.
Can we add an "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "Cancel" after adding a note?
The "Save Note" button is very close to cancel and would be useful in the numerous cases when I go too fast and hit "Cancel" instead of "Save Note".

Linked Spousal Notes
When completing notes on a profile that has a linked spouse, it would be really helpful, if there was a "rule" that automatically linked the spouse since most of the notes are joint, instead of having to link an additional contact for every note. More frequently than not, we forgot to add the spouse to the original note so we have to go back and copy notes to the other spouses contact card.

Notes Sorted by Date - not by completion date.
I want the ability to filter by completion date. Currently, it only filters by start or assigned date which doesn't help if I wanted to see a report of all activities completed last month for example.
