The "Search Contacts..." field next to the Redtail CRM logo on the top bar needs additional functionality for quick searching, such as exact match searches using quotations (i.e. "Rea"). Additionally, add options in the user preferences to include/exclude contact card fields from quick search results.
SpouseMiddlename and SpouseMiddleInitial fields should be added. In general, every field on a contact record should be a mail merge field. There should be no need for an Excel export work around.
