As the manager of our firm, I spend a good bit of my time trying to review what has been done by the team. These types of reports are imperative to our organization. Notes/comments are the life blood of making sure we are compliant but also following through with the action items (activities) we complete. When I pull a report and cannot see all details of the staff's thread of conversations then the report is worthless. I feel it is a must have for our firm. We have been waiting three years for the feature to be added. Please make this a top priority. We love RedTail and do not want to leave it! Velda
