When writing a note for a client and choosing that category, allow for an additional section that will link the note and action to an opportunity. For example, if I call Suzie to follow up on a potential opportunity, I can categorize it as an outbound Phone Call and link that to (or create) the opportunity. This will enable us to keep a log of how many touches (and what type) we have had with a person regarding a specific opportunity.
