   Yes Yes Yes!! Have a permanent category in the Calendar that works directly with the Next Review system. And have it automatically adjust when the next appt should be. If your client was supposed to be reviewed every September and February but you review that client in October then have it adjust accordingly to October and March. Also, have it update both clients if married. This system should talk to itself a little more that it does.
