Agreed! Should not have to resort columns after every refresh. This is a feature we lost with the last release of updates. I know it takes a few seconds to sort again, but those seconds add up to minutes and then hours over time. And if you multiply that times the number of people in our office you'll get a lot of inefficient and wasted time spent just on sorting.
The sorting by only one column in all areas is a major flaw of this software. The ability to do a secondary sort is crucial when in an application like workflows. After you sort by your name, there should be a way to secondarily sort by target date or next step due or any other column - PLEASE.
