It would be nice it it would stamp it with the date, time (to the second), and initials of the person who made the note within the activity.

I agree. I see the timeline feature where you can see changes to notes, but it would be better if notes within the activities could be time stamped instead of having to jump somewhere else on the client's profile to see who put what in and when. Please add this soon.
