Add Alerts For Past Due Activates As A Reminder To Home Page on Redtail
Adding an Alert activity for all the Past Due Activities would be a good reminder and beneficial to add to the Home Page on Redtail- If the activities become a week old. This would be helpful so you don't miss any activities that fall through the cracks, due to a busy day or if you had a sick day. activities that are "to dos" on certain day, not "all day' because blocks out entire day for scheduling
problem - since Redtail suite sync to Outlook and client/prospect scheduler is thru Outlook - if "actiivity" is "all day" it blocks out the entire day for scheduling. ie if need to do a follow up phone call on Feb 8, 2025 but not at a specific time - it defaults to "all day" but in fact it is not "all day" but an alert to call that day. Problem is that a scheduler sees the entire day blocked out and clients can't book a meeting on that day. To have the work around as ie 1am or 2am -…

The ability to download all form in linked documents within an activity would be extremely helpful for processing purposes.
A download all documents button within the saved forms section of an activity would be extremely helpful. I find it time consuming when I have to individually download multiple documents from an activity (Sometimes up to 15 or more doc's). As an admin I often have to send documents to multiple places and also upload them to multiple sites. The ability to download all forms from and activity would be so helpful

Attendees activity updates
Allow attendees to comment on the description in an activity, while saving it in a separate box so information won't be overwritten accidentally. This will have their name and timestamp along with their update. But keep as part of the activity so we have a record of original activity followed by updates.
Wealthbox has this feature that team members have commented they liked at prior firms.

Undo action for the description section on activities
The formatting under the description section can be very difficult to work with. To prevent errors in formatting, there should be an undo and redo button to go back or forward one step without having to reset the whole document.

After marking Activity as complete, cursor should remain in the same place, not revert to top of list
After marking an Activity as complete, the cursor reverts to the very top of the list of Activities. If you are working your way through a long list of Activities, you then must scroll all the way down to where you were working before to resume your work. It would be helpful if the cursor remained where you were working in the list before you marked the Activity as complete.

Filter by Location
In addition to listing the location of the activity on the calendar block (so you can see it without opening the activity fully, as has been suggested by others) it would be helpful to be able to filter activities in calendar view by location. Previously we used 'ghost users' for each conference room and added them as Attendees to facilitate scheduling and easily seeing when each conference room was booked vs available, however, now that our subscription model changed to being charged per user we have had to deactivate our conference room users and need an alternative way to be…

Add a "most used" to sort team members to task a new activity
When tasking, team members are sorted alphabetically, it would be nice to have the option to have the person/ people you task most frequently listed at the top.

Allow checkboxes within Activities
It would be great if we could have checkboxes within Activities to check off steps as they are completed. For example, Evernote's shortcut is [].

Repeat Event set to never expire, never actually expire!
Please allow repeat activities that are set to never expire to NEVER expire. We've had some come up that have reached the "limit". This is crucial to so many activities we do that we can't have them just delete or stop working.

Spread out activities for a large group over a period of time.
If I am creating an activity for 100 contacts, I want to be able to spread those 100 calls over the next 10 days, calling 10 people a day.

Ability to create a bulk activity as Recurring.
When creating a bulk activity, add the ability to also create that activity as a recurring activity.

Ability to add check boxes in activities.
In addition to numbered lists and bullet lists, creating a checklist for an activity would be nice so we could click each checkbox when completed. (Evernote has this feature, with the shortcut "[].") I know we can create workflows, but often, we have a one-off list of things to do for a particular activity.

The importance of fax numbers
It would be beneficial to have more customisable fields for departments than simply four. Name, contact, phone, email, or internet. Phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, websites, and login passwords are available for most departments I work with. I see the fax number now, underneath the Contact card on the right. To determine if the department fax number is correct, I have to hover over it until the name appears. My eyes become quite tired looking at twelve different work fax numbers.

Activity Notification Email (without description field)
Activity Notifcation is a great way to keep Attendees (relevant users) up to date on tasks that requires them. Although, when we use the Description field to keep detailed notes, it would be nice if those were not sent via unsecured email.

Activity Availability
Please create a field with dropdown options for us to identify how activities show up on our calendars, similar to how Outlook does (Free, Working Elsewhere, Tentative, Busy, Out of Office) and have that sync to Outlook.
This helps when creating internal activities that can be moved around if a client wants to schedule at that time, when using scheduling software like Calendly.

See only tasks i assign
I want to be able to do the following:
Assign a task to a colleague (let's call him Bob) and see the status for ONLY those tasks for Bob that i have assigned to him (not tasks he has created for themselves)
Be notified via email when ONLY the tasks i have assigned to Bob have been completed
