I'd like to add that the Family page needs to be larger - more family tree like. I would like if a prospective client comes in that i know they are the grandchild of a current client. Or further, be able to see niece/nephew, cousin, etc. Currently, all that is available is immediate household, and I don't believe that is nearly sufficient.

I made a comment on another post about this. I believe that the head of household should be a check box for this reason and that the family linking screen needs to be much larger and more like a family tree. My mom is one of 8 kids, mostly girls, and there should be a way to group all of them together in a family under my grandparents. Obviously, they are all grown and own their own homes, and being able to mark head of household via check box would make it easy to distinguish if anyone still was a dependent of my grandparents.
There are many other examples in not only our firm, but firms everywhere that have multi generational clients and I believe that grouping them together in the family would make it easier on staff to recognize the nepotism.
