   I agree! We just upgraded to Tailwag. There is no specific place/field to add a "retirement date". This would be extremely helpful in the investment industry as many opportunities derive from this date. This would help with generating reports to that would allow us to run specific marketing campaigns based on retirement date. I'd also like to add an 'employment start date' so we can tell how long they have been with that company. I believe these options were available at one time in the original Redtail.
