Make it easier to add Redtail Imaging.
I've already signed up for Redtail CRM and want to add Redtail Imaging. I found info about it in 2 or three places, but no links to sign up. Make it easy to add it!

search function in retriever
When using Retriever for Imaging, why is there no search function/feature? In 'Imaging,' there is. To find a client/folder, I must start at the top and work my way down all the way to the folder I am trying to upload to.
Instead, there should be a 'search' button where the client name can be typed in, and the results would show any/all folders with that client name.

Allow the user to turn off the "close imaging?" confirmation box
When shutting down the computer, if I have Retriever minimized, the dialog to confirm closing the program will halt the entire shut down process. If I've walked away from the computer, I may come back the next day to find my shut down did not occur due to this unnecessary step, Thank you.

Manange Database Users and Teams in Imaging
Give the ability to our Imaging Only Users to have a spot to Edit Users or add. This way we can avoid enabling the CRM temporarily for them to make these changes.

Enlarge the "upload queue" window in Retriever for Imaging
It only displays about 8.5 documents.. would be helpful to be able to resize, especially when uploading 50+ documents at once. I feel like I'm looking through a keyhole constantly. Thanks

INDEXING ENHANCEMENTS - 2 improvements on current feature
a. When managing/creating indexes, users currently have the ability to select "True/False", "Yes/No", List, or Text Field. 2 powerful index categories are 'EFFECTIVE DATE' and 'EXPIRATION DATE' but the appropriate data type is not available as an option. This will create a control where users can only enter the date information in a standardized format.
b. Embed 1 pre-defined index called "DOCUMENT CATEGORY" that users can customize with up to one level of "SUB-CATEGORY" for each entry in the main category.Perhaps this these standardized indexes leads to enhancing the CRM's Contact Overview page by facilitating the inclusion of a…

Uploading page order
- When uploading a document, it doesn't take me to the indexing page.When you go to scan a document and save it. it asks you to index.
- Also it doesn't take you back to the client folder when it is finished can you have it direct you 1 to the indexing page 2 and then to the client page

Ability to increase the font size in Retriever for Imaging.
For those of us who are aging - it would be nice to be able to increase the font size of Retriever for Imaging. Support suggested using the Ctrl+ button, but that does nothing.

Add general folders to multiple client folders, without having to go into each folder.
When you have a lot of client folders in Imaging and you would like to add a folder saying "notes" into all the folders, it is very difficult and time consuming to go into each individual folder and add the general folder. I would be much easier and faster if you could create the general folder and select the client folders you would like to add it to.

Return to same page during indexing
After indexing an item on page 10, Redtail currently returns to page 1. It would be helpful to be returned to Page 10 or whatever page I was using.

Link to client accounts
It would be really helpful if we could link the folders to the client accounts directly from Retriever. Currently, we are having to go back to the Redtail Imaging website simply to perform this function.

link to client search options
If there are several records in the database with the same or similar names, it would be nice to be able to search by Social Security Number (SSN) or other record information when trying to link the folder to the client file. In other words, I want to link John Smith's CRM record to his Redtail imaging folder. There are several "John Smith's" in our CRM database, so I would like to search by his SSN to ensure that I link it to the correct record.
