  1. Scheduled - automated Custom Export

    Is there a way to add a feature to SCHEDULE a Custom Export (or even report) for a specific date and (approx) time? This would be HUGE over events like month end, or tag group lables, reports etc.

    But mostly, I want to be able to schedule a specific Custom Export to occur the morning of the first business day, after the close of the last day of a month.

    For example, on 10-01-22 I'd like to schedule a Custom Export containing account numbers and values that represent the close of business 9-30-22 in case I am not physically here…

  3. Orion reports requested in Redtail

    When in a contact's accounts on the Orion tab & a report is needed the contact/account information has to be re-keyed in. It would be a nice time saver if the fields would fill with the contact/account information.

  4. Activity Location and Attendees need to show in Notes once an activity is saved & complete

    Activity Location and Office Attendees need to show in Notes once a meeting activity is saved & complete. This would be helpful for future reference to know which advisor met with client and where did they meet.

  5. Add spouse nickname to merge field

    Add a merge field for SpouseNickname. Currently the only option defaults with the Spouses first name, if the Nickname field is empty.

  7. custom export- spouse

    For “Spouse” in Custom Export… include Employer as a field (since Job Title is already an option there). It would be so helpful to have this field as an option.

  8. Activity appearing on today's dashboard until it is completed

    We would like to create a task (activity) and set it for a span of several days or weeks, just to ensure that it remains on our today dashboard until we mark it as completed. Currently, the tasks (activities) disappear after the day that they start, even if they are still outstanding.

  9. slow

    Redtail is the only thing I use every day that is impossibly slow. Something needs to improve; I just hate trying to look at different days or weeks on the calendar. I literally wait for a full minute to load. And it seems to be getting worse. Please do something.

  10. Save Activity Drop Down Option - Save & Print

    It would be super handy to be able to save an Activity and immediately print it off. The current method requires us to Save an event, then open it back up, in order to be able to print notes we've entered into the Description section. I enter agenda's for each meeting and always have to save before printing. This would save me so much time.

  11. A way to set business hours, so activity update notifications via Notify Team only come through by email during that time frame.

    I work after-hours, and update numerous activities at night or evening time. I would love if there was a way for users to set their own business hours in Redtail (not from their email), so I can use the Notify Team feature as I go without bothering them.

    (My current workaround is to mark the activity title with a symbol, then the next morning, go back into each task I updated, and select Notify Team, then save it again so they're notified.)

    The suggestion would be to implement a way to delay the activity notifications so they are not sent…

  12. accounts tab

    Under "Basic Information" the "Company" field... it would be super cool if you would make it a "live" field that connects with the contact page of the company. And then on that company's page, perhaps we could eventually see all the accounts linked with that company.

  13. When pulling a report, it would be helpful to pull using Primary Address only.

  15. Improve SPEAK notifications

    I miss most of my client-initiated SPEAK messages bc I am not getting any notifications. Can you force notifications through to the CRM panel somehow when inactive? At least update the "minutes until inactive" to include all day instead of max 60 minutes? I also don't get any sound notification on my iPhone...ever.

  16. hover over client name and show preferred contact method

    When hovering over a contact it'd be good to see the preferred method of contact bolded like in the contact card so we don't have to have to click in the contact card to see what the preferred method is.

  17. Viewing team members inside a workflow - hover and pop up

    If a task is assigned to a team, I'd like to be able to hover over the team, to see who the member(s) of that team are.

  18. Be able to change a contact ROLE, while not a database admin

    For some reason, we are not able to edit a contact's roles (ie, advisor etc) once they're an established contact, unless the user is a database admin. Please change it so anybody can change the role of an existing contact.

  19. Spouse link - default button to save a search and a click

    Wherever we have the ability to link multiple contacts (workflow, notes, activities etc.), I'd like to have a button that automatically links to the contacts spouse, IF the contact has a listed spouse in the database. 99% of the additional contacts that I link are the contacts spouse, and it'd be great not to have to search for the contact every time.
