  2. Adding a "user" field to the calendar preference section

    Adding the option to set your calendar preferences so it defaults to specific users instead of showing all users.

  3. We are moving from Intulse to Brytecall and would like to have the click to call feature with Redtail using Brytecall

    Please add Brytecall to the list of VOIP providers that works with Redtail integrations. Thank you!

  4. notification documents

    It would be great if we could get notified automatically when documents are added to a case when we are working with multiple individuals. I understand we can add notes and then tell them team with "notify team." that is kind of a pain. Couldn't we set this up in the beginning so all notification go out all the time and not each time we put something in?

  5. Delete

    The ability to delete a contact from the mobile app. Currently I do not see a feature to do so, but also the ability to select multiple to delete at the same time would be great too.

  6. Retreiver

    Add "you have been locked out" language when you are locked out for multiple bad login attempts. I've seen this on the CRM, but NOT for Retriever for Tailwag. I've been locked out twice and did not know until I called Support.

    Under Know Your Client/Identifications.
    When you choose Passport – Under the State option, you should be able to choose the Country of the passport. I have one client that it would be USA, but there is another client that it would be India. It would be great if I could add to the pick list under State category.

  10. Please provide integration/syncing with CellTrust

    CellTrust is an application allowing financial services professionals to text with clients in a compliant manner. It would be extremely helpful if Retail and CellTrust could sync instead of having to manually enter clients in the CellTrust app.

    If you are a Robinhood user and willing to have a conversation with the Robinhood customer service team then choose the appropriate tips. You can either connect to them using the available phone number or through the meshing platform. These days, the trading practice has become quite frequent and most people like it because of having the possibility of benefits with small investments. Therefore they need to be aware of solution sources as well.

  12. I would be great to have a "team board" where information could be shared in one place such as all tasks that are being worked on by a team

    It would be good to have a "team board" not a contact or business, etc. where a team could share notes on team projects or notes from vendors, or software tips and tricks, etc. Our team meets each morning and having a single location where we could all see and edit the morning meeting agenda's would be great.

  14. date range

    Within the advanced search, it would be extremely helpful to be able to search date fields using a date range. For example, dates greater or equal than today AND less than 45 days from now. That would extremely helpful for building lists that do not have to be changed for a hard coded date filter. This would allow us to better search for upcoming reviews based on Know your Client fields.

    The android app is portrait only. While on a small device that's fine, on a large tablet (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S7+) that is used almost always in landscape, the app should autorotate as do nearly all Android apps. There's no setting to even manually rotate.

  17. contact name in pastdue activities

    When reviewing the activities pastdue, if you have more than one contact linked to the activity the report does not show a name. Because I print this in pdf format for management, I would like to request that the contact name and possibly even the phone number is included.

  19. mobile assistant task assignment

    We would love to be able to use Mobile Assistant to assign a task to someone other that the user dictating the note. For example, an advisor could assign a task to a paraplanner (not just themselves) using Mobile Assistant.

  20. Zapier - Workflow Trigger should include linked contact info

    Let's say I want to send a PreciseFP form when a workflow step/task is completed. I can't do that because the workflow data doesn't include information about the workflow's linked contact. So, right now, not a whole lot you can do with this trigger if it involves contacts in redtail.
