  1. Aggregate Morningstar Reporting through Redtail

    Would like the ability to print a Morningtar Report (Snapshot or X-Ray) on an aggregate level, by selecting ALL household accounts. Right now it is only on an individual level.

  2. Search Bar - Manager Look-up

    Currently, when I receive calls, I look up the client in the search bar. The search bar contains a. Name b. Occupation and C. Status.

    I think we should be able to adjust our settings to see what is most efficient for us.

    For example - Incoming calls are usually a client who is returning a call from their Servicing Adviser or their designated support team. If I were to be able to quickly look up the name, I would be able to route calls more quickly.

  3. Add opportunity value to prospect reports

    My boss needs to be able to see prospective client info and the opportunity value they might bring to the firm, as well as opportunity value for those clients who have termed, and the opportunity value of clients who are involved in a workflow according to the owner of the workflow for business plan purposes during meetings. It would be great to be able to do this!! Its great that I can pull up a list of all prospective clients, but being able to print a report that shows this client list along with the opportunity value totaled at the…

  4. Client > Month of Birth

    For Custom Export purposes, please add a "Month of Birth" field so that we can include that on our custom exports. We organize our annual client meetings around each client's month of birth. But the way that the dob exports, it's a pain to deal with that in Excel.

  5. Seminar REGISTRANTS v. Invited Contacts

    If the "Add Attendee" button is what tells Redtail Seminars that the contact should be included in the ATTENDEES count, how can I indicate in a contact’s account that they were invited to the event and not include the invitees to the ATTENDEES count? Not every contact that is invited actually attends. Not every contact that registers to an event actually attends. There should be differentiation/distinction between these, and a quick summary/count should be available in Redtail Seminars.

    Is there a way to add a new field/column/count that will show INVITED (separate count/list from attendees)?

  6. Report: Notes by User

    Reports > Notes By User
    Please add a report that shows Notes By User, and with the ability to filter for periods of time. That way we can celebrate the team members that made the most notes in a Month or Quarter or Year.

  7. view more recent contacts by filtering number

    Under the Lists, it would be nice to be able to view more than just the 12 most recent. Possibly an option to view certain numbers. It would enhance creating a list or group - made easier. Thanks! #TeamRedTail - SuperStarz

  9. Restrict permanent deletions of records from the recycling bin to only Admin users.

    The recycle bin is vulnerable to having records permanently deleted by all users. This causes a risk to the firm if, in the future, the record is needed for the defense of a complaint or other issues.

  11. Account Renewal Reminders

    Once an account is CLOSED, the account still shows up on the Reminders report. Could you implement a feature where once the account is closed, the reminders stop showing up in the reports and on the dashboard?

  13. Email confirmation of webinar registration link to RT calendar

    When I register for a webinar or meeting and the system sends an email confirmation it offers links to add it to outlook or google calendar but not the Red Tail calendar. It seems logical that it should.

  14. Customize or Filter the Notes on the Contact Main Page

    It would be very helpful to be able to filter how we are viewing the notes on the main contacts page so we could choose if we wanted the notes to be displayed or the activity. Currently you are only able to see the activity and the notes all combined in that section. We would preferer to filter out the activities and only have the advisor notes displayed. Our firm relies heavily on the notes as a point of reference so being able to push out the activities update in that section would be great. Thank you

  16. Make Activates and Workflows searchable within client profile

    Within the notes category there is a great search filer in the clients profile. You can easily search while on a client page their notes and filter based on type, category, or text. This would be great to have in activities and even workflows. Currently if you would like to search the activities and filter by a category for example, you must leave the client page and go to the reports and go through a lengthy process

  17. Please create an Auto-Renewal option for the Policy Renewal Reminders!

    Please create an Auto-Renewal option for the Policy Renewal Reminders Tab. Under Reminders, Renewals is not effective since we have to go in and manually update the day that the policy renews every year. Insurance policies renew on the same day every year, so an re-occuring or auto option would be the most user-friendly way to set it and forget it! :)

  20. Locking meetings in place

    As we have accidentally moved meetings on the calendar, then had to go back and look through emails to see when it actually was, or worse, miss the meeting altogether, I think it would be a great idea to have the meetings lock in place (and also unlock if it needs to be moved or deleted), so that it cannot be accidentally moved once it's on the calendar. Lock/unlock, just to keep meeting from moving, not from allowing other's to lock/unlock and edit meeting if need be. Thank you.
