When and activity linked to a workflow via automation changes date, the new date of the activity should be the new target date for the workflow. For example, if a client review gets rescheduled day-of for a week out and prep work is already completed, move workflow target date so day-of activities are on task list for updated review day.

automation email notifications
When an email is sent to users/teams from an automation, it would be helpful to see which CRM name it is associated with in the email. We manage 15 CRMs and have to search for the contact name in each one.

Declined Attendees List for Seminar
Can we add a feature under the Seminar's Manage Attendees button allowing us to document which invitees declined attending? This helps me not mistakenly invite them again when I send out secondary invitation requests.

Send entire contact list to Adviceworks in one action.
I can send an individual contact to Adviceworks, but I would like to send my entire Redtail contact list to Adviceworks in a bulk action rather than one at a time. There should be a way to select all contacts and send them to Adviceworks with one click.

Redtail Cambridge Integration enhancement ideas
Currently, the Redtail-Cambridge CLIC integration is a simple contact send from Redtail to CLIC. Cambridge is exploring options for enhancing the integration, and is seeking feedback for integration features that mutual users would like to see implemented. Do you have any ideas about integration features that Cambridge could consider including in the enhancement work? Please add ideas in the comments below.

Field to add annual contributions & RMDs info
If there was a field on the client contact page where we can keep an updated tab of annual contributions into IRAs (prior year contributions and current year contributions can get confusing with the custodian's record keeping) that would be really helpful. Same with RMDs. If there was a field where we can keep updating the RMD amounts taken and required, that would be really helpful. (RMDs taken from outside accounts need to be recorded some place other than the client notes section.

birthday reminder
Can you please add back the option to pull client birthdays in a certain month under the birthday reminder report? It was recently changed to just showing "30 days out" or "7 days past", but we just want to be able to pull the a month's worth of birthdays so we can prepare birthday cards to mail out. (ex: month of July)

Set up different categories for activities
a way to set up a custom task list under the Activities tab? We want to be able to run a separate list to house a specific list of Category types and filter out the others. For example, we have a staff member who has both marketing related tasks and new business related tasks. We want to be able to have her run two separate lists so she can separate out marketing tasks and new business tasks. Only function I see is to sort alphabetically

New Contact ID Fields
Love the addition of the new ID field, but can it be moved lower on the Contact Details section? Perhaps under the "Added By" field? And re-titled "ContactID" or "Redtail ID" to make it less confusing?
