Prospect Name Confirmation On Broadcast Emails
When confirmations are sent to my email that an email went through it does not specify which prospect it is referring to. Is there a way for the prospect's name to be included in the email or subject line?

model and manager
In a client's account record, in the Basic Information box, there are fields for "Model" and Manager". Model is listed "before/above" Manager on the screen. When I click on "Edit", the pop-window lists the information with Manager "Before/Above" Model (their positions are switched). Why are the fields switched? Why isn't Model listed "before/above" Manager, as it will be shown once the update is made to the account record?
This is very confusing, because we are using these two fields to record a client's Medicare information. We want to use the "Model" field for the Part A date and the "Manager"…1 vote -

Account Autolink - Option to create contact records when they do not exist in Redtail CRM using the data from Albridge Data Feed
For the financial professionals who work with employer-sponsored retirement plans where participant information is significant, this feature would be absolutely important. Having the ability to automatically create contact records when the contact does not currently exist in the CRM platform would be an excellent added benefit. Each employer-sponsored retirement plan may come with hundreds of plan participants that will flow through the data feed. In short, the practice is unlikely to create hundreds of participant records within their CRM. Add Contact telephone number and email to the column for search results
When you type in a contact's last name and a list of multiple contacts with the same last name show, make one of the columns Telephone number and email. This would make it so you don't have to go into the contact record for quick info.

enable ability to create activity/note for multiple related clients
I would like to be able to update both the husband & wife (and joint) at one time when I have a telephone conversation with both. So far, I've only found that I can copy the note to another client.

In changing the "Reminder Date" under "Reports"/"Birthday Reports", format, this column does not fill when exported.
The new format is 2021-03-11. The previous format was 03/11/1953. I do not know why this was changed. With the new format not exporting to the Reminder Column, it creates more work for me to reformat the date for my report to the advisors.

Add annuitization under status of an account
Presently, there is "open", "pending", "under review" and "closed". We would like to see "annuitization" since we will continue to review the account on an annual basis plus they are still our client. Thank you

Have an Interest Rate Field for Liabilities
When entering a liability for the Net Worth, it would be nice to have Liability Type and an Interest Rate. With this we could search our database to see which clients have mortgages that need to be refinanced when rates drop.

We like to see important information at a glance.
Can we have an option for a self fill trust date? We use date and attorney initials. This would work best for us in the Client Details section.
Or in the least, an Important Information Box on the main page.

To increase security and access to client information as admin we should be able to turn on/off login access for users.
Our old crm allowed admin to turn on/off access per hours worked for employees. We see limiting access to client records after office hours as a security benefit to our clients. Admin should be able to authorize access for each user for set hours and turn off the access if user is on vacation or out sick.

Prudent Money deeply want Zimbra and CRM to be veritable; interchangeable in regards to data entry. It would help management contacts/appt.

Remove maximum character limit for passwords
It seems weird with how cheap storage is becoming that we can't just come up with a passphrase of indeterminate length so long as it meets a minimum character requirement and contains the required lower case letter, upper case letter, number and symbol.

Is there a possibility of being able to capture the documentation needed for Due Diligence and link it to the appropriate Business Contact? I know we can create the contact and upload to CRM documents, but those are sometimes difficult to sift through. If we could select a company and then click on Due Diligence on the left and see the offerings and then the documents that would be excellent.
Furthering that idea is to identify vendors/sponsors from the get go when entering them as a contact. A simple filter question of “Is this a [carrier, vendor, sponsor] that requires…1 vote -
