    Add section in client header to list top 3 client goals. Ie, retirement, college funding, etc.

  3. I would like to run my run my clients birthdays from January 1 to December 31

    I would like to run all my clients birthdays from January 1 to December 31 but Redtail only lets me run birthdays from 30 in advance to up to 365 days in advance. I need this birthday list of my clients so the card company I use can send my clients their birthday cards each month.

  4. Bulk Data Uploads/Updates

    Is it possible to add a feature to the Admins for bulk uploads? We are going through a massive overhaul of all our contacts in Redtail requiring many updates to our contacts such as; status, category, key words, referral source etc . We have been exporting from Redtail and submitting tickets to have this data uploaded into our CRM. Can this be a feature added to Admins going forward?

  5. Review Meeting link

    Make the "Client Review" have the ability to LINK to other Contacts!
    That way you won't have to duplicate or remove for spouses, or if it's a family meeting, link those members as well.

  7. Multiple Review Dates

    Since we sell annuity products, it is necessary for us to have yearly reviews with clients for EACH of their annuities. This means that we need to have more than one review with them each year, but they are not in intervals. We need to be able to add more than one review. (Example: A client has an annuity with an anniversary in February, another in March, and another in November.)

  8. Review Date Import

    Please add the functionality to import every detail (not just First Review Date as it is currently) of Client Review Dates from a spreadsheet with columns for:

    First Review Date
    Repeats Dropdown Options (never, daily, etc.)
    Repeats every X years
    Repeats yearly on (checkbox yes/no)
    on 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/last
    {Day of Week}
    Each {Month}
    Repeat Ends Dropdown Options

    This import would be much, much more convenient than adding these details one by one manually to each contact.

  9. tax bracket

    The CFP Board and many states require Financial planners to collect Net worth, tax bracket and income for all clients before advising them. When I am audited by the state, I am required to provide them with a list of all my clients and these items. Redtail has the Estimated tax bracket field, but it doesn't allow us to run a report on this field. It would be helpful to be able to pull this info since its easy to remember to put in there.   10. Add Client Review Automation trigger event

    It would be very helpful if an activity was automatically created for client reviews so that we can track, follow up, make notes, postpone ect... Currently, we have to manually input the review after checking the know your client section.

  11. There should be three editable options under client review:

    Last Review - enter date of most recent review.
    Next Review Due - enter date to begin contact for setting next review.
    Next Review Set - enter date when review is set.

    Otherwise the client review area is useless.

  12. "Estimated Tax Information" customization

    We would like to be able to customize the "Estimated Tax Information" box in Redtail on a contact record. We would like to add a line for things like "Ordinary Income" and "Taxable Income" and take out "Estimated Taxes." This way we can run more robust reports on tax information.

  13. professional contact phone number and email

    It would be nice when adding a Professional Contact to a client record (such as a CPA or attorney) to have a place to also save that person's phone number and email address. Currently we can only save their name and relationship.

  14. Let admins customize more fields than currently allowed

    Currently an admin is limited to modify certain fields in the backend. Our team would like to customize certain fields such as Risk Tolerance.

  15. Allow Customization of the Know Your Client Tab

    All advisor offices do client reviews a little differently. Many use the information on the Know Your Client tab during the review. However, the fields on the KYC tab are limited and static. If an advisor wants to add information about their long-term care or disability policy, or other options discussed, that field is not on the tab, nor can you run reports for it. If an advisor wants to discuss position concentrations, and possible trading options, that field is not on this tab. It would be great if you built in the flexibility for each advisor to customize this…

  16. Add Free Text Field to Know Your Client - Professional Contacts

    In 'Know Your Client' - 'Professional Contacts', an additional free text field would be extremely helpful. When a client is working with a law or CPA firm, we'd like to be able to add the name of their attorney or CPA without adding each individual as a Redtail contact.

  18. Billable Time Tracking

    I'd like to see a check box "billable" so we can know if the time spent with or on the client was billable. and have a report that we can print/export that would have the clients name, and activity details such as duration, and description

  19. customize financial information

    Ability to customize Financial Information section under Know Your Client. Each office / broker dealer has its own requirements for disclosing holdings. For Example:
    Real Estate vs Securities
    DPP vs Non-DPP
    Liquid vs Illiquid

    We should be able to customize the verbiage so we can use the information for filling forms, compliance or marketing.

  20. Professional should have reciprocal to the professional's contact too

    If you post a CPA to the individuals Professional contact, you should be able to go to the CPA contact and see all their clients.
