Bulk Data Uploads/Updates
Is it possible to add a feature to the Admins for bulk uploads? We are going through a massive overhaul of all our contacts in Redtail requiring many updates to our contacts such as; status, category, key words, referral source etc . We have been exporting from Redtail and submitting tickets to have this data uploaded into our CRM. Can this be a feature added to Admins going forward?

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Upload bulk activities would be a great help, but they also have to trigger workflow automations at upload. When we send a list of activities to be imported by Redtail, automations aren't triggered and we still have to go into each activity to clone and delete it the old one to have the workflow

We should be able to upload CSV files ourselves without emailing them in an unsecure way and waiting for it to be processed.

I agree this would be a great feature. We regularly have to bulk upload data to our db with highly sensitive information. Anything with loads of PII shouldn't be emailed unless absolutely secure. It is a bit of a problem and makes it so we wait far too long between uploads.
