Speak Notification needs a sound or blinking favicon
Add a sound to the Speak notifications or maybe a blinking Favicon when at a computer, otherwise it's not much of a notification.I need something to catch my attention.

I need a better notification for Speak on both the online version and on the phone app. I will often go hours without realizing that my client has responded to my message because the number ticker on the speak icon does not catch my attention and my phone will not make a sound or vibrate when I get a notification from speak. I have tried to make a change on multiple phones and cannot get it to send me a sound or vibration.

Agreed! Or really any notification, such as via email or pop-up on screen.

It would be really helpful if alerts came with the option to use sound when you receive a speak message.

Please allow for App or the like to be downloaded so one can have an icon on bottom of screen to alert to internal messaging on Speak function of Redtail
