We're new to RT, OMG so frustrating that we can not figure out a way to hide Archived records. We found an old forum post recommending adding a team that had no members, but there are no team assignments in contact records any longer. We tried creating a dummy Servicing Advisor and switched our archived records to that, BUT there is no way to filter by servicing advisor. ... frustrating.
