  1. When adding a note to a client, it would be helpful if there was a prompt to link the note to their spouse.

    Of 7,000 contacts is would be helpful to mark the 800 active clients as favorites by bulk. If I am able to create these favorites for other in my office without sitting at their desks, that would be a plus going along with Jacque Jensen's comment too.
