    Agreed. So embarrassing to have to tell new people that our CRM is not compatible with a document format that is well over 10 years old and that we have to downgrade our format to work with Redtail. This really should have been resolved years ago. Makes Redtail seem outdated.

    I see a User Defined Field category but adding them is not intuitive at all and there don't seem to be any instructions in help docs about how to do it.

    In the previous version, you could see any and all changes to addresses, phone numbers, emails through "history". Now, you can only view history for changes but cannot see if a field (i.e. work address) was completely deleted. The timeline just says that an address was deleted without stating which address or what the address was that got deleted. Is this a compliance issue?

    This feature was available in Leapfrog. Why was it taken away in Tailwag? It is used every day in our office. Please put it back!
