    This would be very helpful, especially when the workflow itself is completed. Currently I'm having to 'comment' on completed workflows and add the outcome, so that the workflow result is easily known when scrolling through notes.

    e.g. If we create a beneficiary review/update workflow and the client decides not to change any beneficiary information, I complete the workflow, but nothing readily populates regarding whether the client decided to update beneficiary information at that time or not. Another example would be if a client changes their mind about opening an account (or a strategy change) in the middle of a workflow. Currently the workflow just appears as 'complete' in the notes with no understanding of the outcome.
