   I agree whole heartedly! As an Investment Advisor with compliance requirements, having the notes history open so that I can word search is an EXTREMELY important feature to me (and probably to regulators as well). In fact, 99% of the time this is the only feature I use on Redtail CRM, so I hope you'll seriously consider changing it back!
