Viewing Notes section
Someone decided to make notes shorter and now we cannot see the notes added to Activities.....terrible when trying to scan through notes to find an issued

I agree whole heartedly! As an Investment Advisor with compliance requirements, having the notes history open so that I can word search is an EXTREMELY important feature to me (and probably to regulators as well). In fact, 99% of the time this is the only feature I use on Redtail CRM, so I hope you'll seriously consider changing it back!

Agree 100%! Redtail, please change it back to the way it used to be. Advisors and support staff need to be able to search the notes for important details and have everything be easily viewable!
