  5. Go back to being able to see a complete note without having to click on each one.

  6. Please make it possible again to view the entire contents of ALL of the notes, not just the older ones. This is very problematic for us.

    The most valuable source we seek is time and convenience. It is time consuming and inconvenient to "open" up multiple notes over multiple months or years to ensure you catch up on a client's history before a meeting or during a conversation. I can see that extensive notes may be problematic for some CRM users. I agree, that if this could be converted to an optional "preference" that would be much better use for all clients of RedTail. Thank you.
