An error occurred while saving the comment It has been suggested that Chrome can be used to toggle on a pdf viewer instead of downloading the pdf, but this does not work for Redtail. (It does work for other applications like email though). Please make this a priority.

This should definitely be added. Having to download multiple copies of the same linked doc to simply view and search for a specific item is a waste of time and resources. Please make this a priority.
