Customized Reports exported to PDF
Would like the ability to select the fields I wish to export to a single PDF report for client meetings.
Example: Be able to create a custom report with the following fields of a contract record into a single PDF to have for a client review meeting
-Names
-Contact information
-Keywords associated with them
-Health conditions
-Important information
-Other Professionals
-Family members

This is almost a deal breaker for me. If we are going to keep information in Redtail, we need a way to get it back out quickly and in a usable form.
For example, compliance reviews require the know your customer information. I would like to keep that in the CRM but if I can't print it for the audit then what? -

Ability to export select archived emails to a PDF not CSV that contains the body of the email as well.

Would love to have customized reports, and be able to put Custom Exports into a PDF and not a .Csv....
