Is there a way to make certain fields/criteria required before an activity/appointment can be saved/scheduled? This would be helpful to prevent some user error/oversight. And particularly when we create workflows that are triggered by certain elements like Category, and are associated with a specific client, if the appointment creator forgets to add the Category, the workflow isn't triggered, and if they forgot the Client, the workflow is triggered but we won't know who it is for.

Agreed. Instead of having to acquire another app/software to do this like ScheduleOne, it would be great to have the capability already integrated within Redtail.

Agreed. It is inefficient to have to have a separate Redtail window open to view the calendar while trying to set appointments on the Redtail calendar in another window. With Outlook, when you add the recipients to the appointment, it shows suggested times (available time slots when all of the recipients are unoccupied) and indicates whose calendar and at what times they are occupied. Having this information all on the same screen/window is very helpful.

Agreed. Being able to schedule an annual, quarterly, monthly recurring appointment, and ensuring that it lands on a weekday (i.e. 1st Wednesday of the month or 3rd Monday) would be good to have available.
