This is very necessary. Especially when an advisor's support staff may have to meet with and/or make phone calls with a client whom they had not worked with previously.

I agree. Not only for CRM document storage, but previews for RT Imaging files as well.

Pre-populating from CRM also solves the issue of tagging preferred names which are often different than legal names. How do other Imaging users deal with this?
Because search for tags doesn’t appear to accept partial strings, a client named Joseph, would never be found by performing a search for Joe.
Multiple values for index fields are also necessary. If a document applies to Joe and Jane, both names should be tagged without having to have multiple instances of that document stored on Imaging.
The scroll box window was a very strange change and killing my productivity. Mobile devices don't need it with the use of the mobile app...and desktop monitors are larger now and higher resolution.
Scroll box needs to be much larger than 100 or so pixels tall. Better yet, make it infinite scroll like the 'E-mail history' tab.
