   One of our business requirements for a CRM is that it allows us to capture and report on relevant client data. Viewing/printing the Personal Profile Form is the logical, one-stop place to review and update client's personal data when they meet with us for appointments. Currently, the Personal Profile Form only provides a fraction of required data, omitting such obvious things as employer address, children/dependents/beneficiaries with their DOB & SSN, and other data that we may or may not already have for the client in Redtail CRM (Tailwag).
