    Great suggestion! It was so much easier to read the calendar when the names were listed on the calendar. This most recent update made redtail difficult to use in our weekly meetings.

    Great suggestion Jack! I cannot agree more!

    It's been 45 days since the Redtail calendar has been rendered nearly unusable. I cannot recommend anyone start using Redtail for their CRM. The most recent updates have been disastrous. The development team really dropped the ball.

    I can't believe we're still dealing with this 45 days later. Thanks for posting a great suggestion!

    Yes Bev! You got this right!

    It's been over 45 days since this terrible downgrade to service. We deserve a discount because Redtail makes us work harder to accomplish the same tasks.

    I appreciate you taking the time to make your suggestion. I marked it as critical and awarded you three votes. I hope this situation improves soon, or we will all need to find a new CRM.

    I wish LPL would roll out an amazing CRM for us. I would be happy to never use Redtail again. It's been 45 days with the "2 Contacts" update... it has not gotten better.

    Let's hope RT can get their act together. In the meantime, I marked your suggestion as Critical and applied three votes. Thanks for your suggestion!

    This is a really positive take on a terrible upgrade. If anyone has suggestions for another CRM, that isn't making terrible changes on a frequent basis, I am all ears.

    The change makes it harder to use the calendar. How could anyone think "X Contacts" and hover to see which Contacts is better than just listing the contacts??

    I like that we can click the contact name to open the contact information, but the tradeoff is too great. I want to see more information on the Calendar, not less.

    RT uses "X Contacts" when outputting reports to Excel, it would be great to list the contacts rather than the number of contacts there too! It's as if the developers don't use the website or consult the users of the website.
