There should be some type of alert bubble or banner or something that GRABS YOUR ATTENTION of an alert. (could be alerts about anything, family issues, trade restrictions, etc). Just please have an alert banner, or pop-up or bubble that users can bold, or use different colored font, or highlight their text to draw attention to the alert. Currently there is nothing to grab users attention to any warning. I understand the important information "red exclamation point" at the top of the screen. But that red little icon, blends right in with the other red buttons throughout the redtail CRM screens. We need something like a banner across the top of the screen in yellow or something.
