How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

Important Information

It would be great if the Important Information is immediately visible by pop up when you open a client's account as opposed to hoping everyone will go digging for the information when interacting with clients.

    Also, could you add Important information to the Personal Profile Form when you print the PDF.
