Notification when ID expires
Since we put in the expiration dates of client's IDs, a notification of each expiration (e.g. 30 days prior) would be appreciated. This way we could update it the next time we communicate with the client.

Yes, this would be a great compliance feature for Redtail to have. I doubt other CRMs have this.

Megan is right, the same system as birthday notifications could be used, just a checkbox saying that we want to be notified before the expiration date.

Being able to run a report each month showing upcoming driver's license expirations would be most helpful. Or even if a reminder popped up like the birthday reminders would be better.

It would also be helpful to be able to access the ID from the "Contact Card or Details" and NOT buried in "Know Your Client"

If the Dashboard had this "report" available, like the Birthdays, we could ask our clients for this updated information (as well as help them remember to renew their license) before we actually need it.

Also, could you set up the reminder reports to allow the Driver's License Expiration Dates to include both the client and his/her spouse? This would be highly beneficial in aiding financial firms to keep their household books and records current; a highly regulated area of business within the industry.

Driver's License 30 notice to expiration would be a very valuable service to our clients and another high value touch point
