    We also have had some issues when trying to pull up some of our clients accounts while searching them by name. If a client happens to have two accounts and we search for them using only their last name or only their first name, then both accounts will appear (along with other similar names). However, if I search the same client using their full name, then only one of the two accounts show up, and nothing else. It also doesn't make a difference if we include the middle initial/name, either.
