    Great idea...we're doing exactly the same and it seems like RT is so close with existing contact data. Or, RT integration to family tree software...Ancestry.com or ?

    YES! Anybody that gets the power of one workflow will naturally want to embed one inside another, so that the 2nd one can operate inside the first, or all on it's own.
