From the comments below it seems a good number of users would benefit from adding a Last or Most Recent Review Date field. That seems reasonable as the current field (First Review Date) may be also used by some so go ahead and keep that field; just add a new field. I think many users would appreciate this update! Thanks.

Please add a last review date section and allow us the ability to select specific months for reviews versus being force to sequence "every 6 months, etc,". We've had to spreadsheet our client review tracking process. With the recent updates, if I have a client set to meet every March and August and I meet with them in April instead of March, there is not way to document that in the client review section without disrupting the whole sequence. In the past, I've just used the first review date field to document last review date but that doesn't work now. Please help. Thanks!
